Preaux Gutters and Construction is searching for a skilled person to join our team as a gutter installer! Experience and general knowledge of proper safety and use of tools and power equipment is preferred but not required. On the job training will be provided.



We are seeking a full-time employee to work in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

  • No weekends
  • $600/week salary with a chance to earn extra with production
  • 1 week of vacation after 1 year
  • Can earn 1 paid absence day every 6 months
  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm


Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Seamless Gutter Installation
  • Use of specialized machinery to precisely cut and construct seamless gutters
  • Use of Power tools and power equipment along with obtaining precise measurements
  • Cleaning and inspecting gutters on clients' property
  • Installation of leaf guards on gutters
  • Installation of patio covers and awnings
  • Thorough clean-up of the property after completion of each job


Requirements include:

*Must have respect for clients and their property

*Must be able to arrive to work on time and ready to work

*Must be able to work outdoors in the South Louisiana heat

*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

*Must have basic math skills in order to precisely measure gutters

*Must have a valid driver's license

*Must be willing to submit to pre-employment procedures including drug screen and background check

*Must be eligible to work in the US

We offer benefits with our full-time employees and pay is dependent on past work experience and performance.

We came to this decision because many of our clients have damages that need repair and instead of having to call another contractor out to complete the job, we can offer repair and general construction services for all of our customers. Austin and his business partner did a phenomenal job installing brand new gutters at my house. I am in the military and they came and did the initial estimate and made a plan while I was away at training. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
